SHIPPING

All items are shipped via USPS and take approximately 3-5 business days.. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase 


Azurie Hair Collection  is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking number information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the USPS Azurie Hair Collection  does not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local postal office

If an item is placed on a  national holiday or after 4 pm EST ON Friday, Saturday, or Sunday it will be shipped out the following day business day


Returns/Exchanges

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL

Returns: All items must be returned to Azurie Hair Collection . Within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.
